So What's it all About
This will be a blog that chronicles our successful (yes!) biking trip around the Big Island, Hawaii. We are scheduled to depart from Kona on Sunday Feb 25 and return to Kona 270 miles later on Friday March 2 - all in one piece. It will be a challenge for (old) bikers who have never done more than 40 miles in one day and certainly never got back on a bike the next day.
Stay tuned - we'll blog every success and failure we have!

Hi Kathy and Carole,
I'm just catching up with things after being out of the country and away from email for some time. Just as well too since this blog is making me pretty jealous. It sounds fabulous -- especially the fact you can hop back in the van!
Check the forecast before you really decide to come home. More white stuff on Wed ;) Mary
